  1. Identification of the removed/disabled content and its prior location on Watchnest.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in the district of your address (or the Northern District of California if outside the U.S.), and accepting service of process from the original complainant.

Counter-Notice Outcome
  • We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.
  • Unless the rights owner files a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days at our discretion.
